lost 6cm on my belly in a week!!WTF?!?!?!

im 37w5d. last week at my apt i measured 42cm on my belly. today 34. about to go in for an ultra sound. my doc is a bit worried and is asking about c sections and inductions... he seems worried.   this is my 2nd kid. my first was 18 days late and we were 2 hrs from an emergency c section. idk wtf is going on here. anyone have any ideas?????

Probably wants to make sure that you aren't losing amniotic fluid

I lost 4 cms in one week. I think baby just changed positions.

Sometimes when the baby drops it can make the measurements of the baby a little smaller. Your term so the baby should do well. Good luck

up. baby has dropped down. im 85% effaced and dilated to 2.... dont think the stripping of the membranes is really doing anything tho.. a lil pain when i change positions. but still havent had any contractions or anything. hot fashes. lol. but thats been going on for months! lol thanks ladies!!!
