Honey for hair?

posted 19th Nov
I know there are honey masks and whatnot but is there anything for hair using honey? My hair sucks.

My hair use to be horrible! Dry frizzy and brittle. I started using Wen and OMG it made a world of difference! But over $30 a month for hair stuff was a bit much, some one on BG told me Sallys has a generic version called Hair 1, and it's only $9.99, it will last a month. It works just as well if not better. Give it a shot, I refuse to use anything but it now!

Mix equal parts of honey and olive oil leave on 30 minutes shampoo and rinse well repeat every time your hair looks or appears dry. I also heard coconut oil is good for dry hair

What I do is wash my hair at most every other day. While I clean my house (at least once a week) I saturate my hair with the cheapest conditioner I can find and throw on a shower cap. My hair has never been softer! Its cheap and I have to do housework anyway, why not do a hair mask at the same time?

The problem is my hair gets too greasy. So gross. It's just all over the place. Sometimes it's too dry, other times it's the opposite.

This is my hair EXACTLY. Hate it. Roots are greasy and ends are dry

Baby powder works wonders for greasy hair   I've also heard of using apple cider vinegar as a rinse, I've never tried it though.

We actually only have a Cosmo Prof in town, do you think they carry it in there? And what about Ulta? (for Wen or Hair 1)
