Low carb recipes

The nurse called a bit ago and I have GD again. When I was pregnant with DD, it was just be at home so I wasn't much concerned with pleasing anyone else with my cooking. Now, I have a husband and a two year old. So, give me some tasty low carb recipes!

I use dream fields pasta. Low on the glycemic index

I love penne vodka, (with that pasta), chicken salad, tuna salad, chicken courdonbleu (dafuq am I trying to spell?), lemon chicken, stuffed peppers, meatballs, cheeseburger macaroni (made with that pasta)
