The court already issued a guardian ad litem to their family. It's past CPS in terms of court investigations

I just read your last post, and while I didn't see the OP, this seems like one HUGE cluster smurf of craziness. I see this turning into an even BIGGER cluster smurf seeing as how they gave your child her own guardian ad litem.

His parents didn't do a very good job at raising their kids so I know they wouldn't raise her very well. That's why I'd rather her go to another family that could possibly raise her better. With his parents she would grow up to be a spoiled brat who has everything handed to her.

I don't know whats going to happen. My lawyer asked for an unsupervised something (can't remember) which Judge said they need to convince her into that with all of our DV past. I asked my lawyer what would happen next and he said we'd plead no contest and then they'd make me jump through hoops with parenting classes or whatever.

I also asked him like 5x if they think she is going to be taken from me, he says no they already would have. He said the police would get her and put her in foster care or something like that. He's never steered me wrong before......BD's parents asked if they can speak to the GAL and I told her to call me after she speaks with them. I don't care what I have to do, what money I have to pay or whatever as long as I keep my daughter.

OP, don't YOU want to raise your daughter??

If so, do whatever the smurf the court tells you to.

The GAL isn't legally allowed to talk to you about anything she talks to them about  . If that's what you are saying.

And your lawyer is a liar. They can and will remove her at anytime ( not saying they WILL). I've had a girl I knew in high school go to court for assault against her child's father and they removed her child after the case was over. ( She got him back after she took parent classes, anger management and served her 6 months).
