Eating ?

My LO has just turned one , he has been on solids from about 4 /5 months and had no trouble. But recently he hasn't been eating properly he keeps batting the spoon and bowl out of my hand after having like one or two soon fulls . He isn't ill and i know he likes the food I AM giving him . Just don't know what to do .

Any ideas ?

He might just be going thru a phase momma. I wouldn't worrh about it too much, he will eat when hes hungry   I mean obviously you don't want him to go all day w/o eating but it might just b a phase  

Maybe you should try and let him feed himself?

I let him eat his sandwiches or finger food by himself but he harsly eats anything again . All I can really get down him without problems is yogurt . Nut maybe I should let him try feed himself with a spoon . And like another mamma said it might just be a phase . I will try let him feed himself . Thanks for the advice mummas x x
