Finally did it !

I am 17 years old with an 8 month old son ... Friday morning I went and filed for full custody and child support against his father. I was so fed up of him trying to be controlling of me and my son, and not helping out financially with his child .. Excited to say I did it and December 10th we will have court. Let's see what happens !

You know if you file for child support and take him to court he HAS to pay or goes to jail? And after two years of not seeing the child or paying child support he forfeits his rights. At least here anyway.

I am fully aware of it . Which that is not my problem, He has a job and he wasn't even telling me because he doesn't want to give money towards his son which is wrong . So that's his problem lol but thank you .
