Poopy pants!

I have a 4 year old son that I had started potty training when he was 2. Right after potty training started, I was diagnosed with Leukemia and had to stay in the hospital for a long time. While away all training stopped. As soon as I got well enough again to take care of the kids, I started to potty train his again. This time he was three. Now he is 4 and he goes pee in the potty just fine. I am just having problems getting him to notice or stop being lazy enough to go to the potty when he has to go number 2. I have tried stickers, treats, praises, and everything I could think of. When I make him sit on the potty he screams and cries and says I dont want to, but if he sits there long enough he eventually goes a LOT! I dont know what to do? Anyone else with the same issues?

ohh ive been curious as well. my daughter is 3 and she will spend days on end outta a diaper or pull up she will pee every time but she will just poop in her pants when she 1st started pting she would go poop idk why but she just doesnt even wanna try now but she also doesnt wanna wear a diaper.

My son is only two and a half and we only just started.

But, have you tried giving him a hand held game while he's there to kind of distract him a little? Other than that Idk.

Yeah my sone doesnt want a diaper either, he screams at the mention of it....I have tried a game but it has been a while, maybe I can try it again   Thanks for the idea
