Lets try this again!

I'm thawing out two chicken breasts for dinner. I have pasta, butter, and grated cheese. I can pick up some veggies and a few things from the store. So here's the challenge: low cost recipe for chicken breast! Ready?! GO!!!

Thanks!!

Idk anything about low calorie or carb but doesn't pasta have a ton? lol

Anyway I like to marinate the chicken in salad dressing and then cook it in a pan on the stove, or bake it in the oven. So maybe find some yummmy low calorie/ carb dressing?

I was just listing things that I have on hand lol. I will change it though because there really isn't a lot of stuff to do low calorie

Pasta isn't low carb. DH refused to eat pasta when he was on his low carb diet.
I would say roast your chicken breasts in the oven with some garlic salt pepper and some lemon. If you want to add some pasta only do like a half a cup per serving and for every half cup of pasta do two cups of veggies.

Well, I haven't done chicken this way but I normally do my pork chops like this. I put some olive oil in a pan on the stove and add some slices of onion and let them caramelize then I just brown my pork chops in the pan with the onions while they are getting formalized. It's sooo yummy!   Hope that helps. Oh I also add garlic, too.

I'm so burnt out on pasta it isn't even funny. I avoid it at all costs. Originally I was just going to use things I had here but pasta sounds NASTY to me lol. DH is all about junk food and pasta and fried food and all that. I'm trying to make him eat better... lol
