Then he obviously has emotional issues that he needs to overcome and he has addictions. Cutting him out of her life may not be the best option. If she is his child, the best thing would to see if he would be willing to get some sort of help.


Cutting, or any other type of emotional behavior is not something to laugh at.

I've tried and he won't

Ask the courts for child support from him, and let them know he may not be there's. They will DEMAND he take a test and you will get your answer.  

Yreah but that'll take years as well.
