OMG....I do not think that is normal at all. I have never seen someone have a tattoo removed or seen the after results, but that does not look right. Is she in any pain?

I dont think that normal. Every tattoo removal ive seen is a slow fading process. They slowly take the ink off, not burn it all off at once like that. That looks horrible!

Im gonna go with NOT normal and she should go to the doctor.
