I have had laser tattoo removal and it DOES NOT look like that.

.........no, just no. This is why you do your research on something like this. Removing a tattoo is totally normal and fine in most circumstances. But just like with anything else, there are risks if you don't do your homework.

It is not her fault! this is negligence on their part. She paid for a service and trusted them to provide that service to her in a safe manner. They failed to do so.
