PP belly *pic*

I'm eight weeks PP and I still look pregnant but saggy and horrible too! When does it go back to normal and what exercises can I do that focus mainly on toning the tum? I feel hideous, I wont even let SO touch/look at my stomach.

I looked way worse when I was 8 weeks PP. I still don't look great at all but I hear eating a healthy diet and exercise can help. 30 day shred works wonders for some people I have seen on this website too.

it took me 3 months to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. Eating healthy is key! As far as working out goes, try Insanity. I heard it works wonders

I look kind of 'deflated' still but I'm hoping the weight loss is going to help, but I have an app called 'daily ab workout' which is pretty good.

eat right, be active and be patient. as far as working out and toning, the thing you really want to focus on at first is cardio. that won't tone you but will help you shed excess fat.

also for your abdominal area, try some seated tuplers.
