What do you eat when feeling nausea ?

Hi girls I feel nausea and I have no idea what to eat for luch... any suggestions??

toast or crackers, if anything. OH! And frozen fruit bars.

I had ZERO appetite when I had nausea.

A fresh lemon. Works every time. Wish I would have discovered it sooner.

I am 12 weeks and I still have really bad morning sickness - I eat popsicles, broth based soups, crackers....and I have been craving cheese, which I know is weird, that's just me.

In the beginning I had to make sure I bought sour gummy worms everyday before work so I could eat them throughout my shift

fruit always makes me feel better! and i gotta eat at least one lemon a day whole lol
