re: My ob's office is closed for the week

To elaborate: when I call my doctors number she gives directions to just go to l&d in case of emergency and then gives the number to the on call nurse at the end of the recording. If their was an emergency obviously I'd go to the l&d that I plan on delivering. My infection isnt an emergency though and I forgot all about the urgent care centers

I'm sorry I picture everything in my head when I read it on here lol.

My OB always says to go to L&D for urinary tract infections because of the risks of preterm labor.

That makes sense, especially for the end of pregnancy. But I went to my PCP and they confirmed it was a yeast infection- a god awful one at that. I have to take Monistat for a week and just my luck, my doctor (ob) will be off for the remainder of this week too after tomorrow.
