Technically, it is. Vivian = masculine and Vivienne / Vivien = feminine.

It's one of those very few names that are truly gender neutral, but the spelling does make the difference, 9 times out of 10, there isn't a "masculine" and "feminine" spelling, this is one of the few odd ones where there is.
