Teething?

The past 3nights, Lo who is almost 6months has been waking up pretty much every hr, screaming and crying and doesnt want to nurse until shes done screaming, which can be from 5-10minor she wont nurse at all, and hum herself back to bed. I've tried orajel and teething tablets and it doesnt seem to help at all.
I cant tell if its teething or something i should be concerned about?

The past wk she has been getting over bronchitis, if that even matters.
