Egg in the Hole! It is so yummy and easy to make. My 8 month old is in love with it. I do believe this will be a new breakfast item for our house

Put a little syrup on it....... It's to die for!!

Is there anything special to it? Plain eggs on a bread seems nasty to me.

My mom gave me an idea about cutting the hole out and soaking it in french toast mixture and put in pan then put egg in the hole. I will to bet it would taste really good like that as well.

There is butter the toast and I thought the bread would taste nasty, but it doesn't. It tastes really good.

The bread is buttered, then fried. So it's kind of like eggs and toast all in one. It's delicious. Even better with syrup.
