Damn It!

I fell asleep at 1:30AM, woke up literally EVERY freaking hour & now have been awake since 4:30AM. It's now 6:20AM, I feel like total smurf & just want to sleep. But that seems to be next to IMPOSSIBLE!!

I keep getting that now and it makes me want to scream! I thought pregnant women needed sleep but my body is forcing me up all night!

Im sorry.


It wont get any better once the baby is here lol. Tqke some tylenol pm tomorrow night to help

Same here! I swear I will have maybe one good night of sleep a week. The rest of the time I am barely getting 5 full hours. I even keep myself up all day long so that I will sleep that night & it doesn't help. I want to at least get a lot of rest before LO gets here, but that is definitely not going to happen.

I guess this is LO's way of testing me to see if I can function with no sleep at all. Lol.

Yeah the midwife would tell me that it's your body getting used to waking up regularly but jeez every hour?! Last night I must have had 3 hours of sleep which made me a cranky biotch today.

Same here, lol. It sucks.

I haven't slept the whole night through in more than a month. I wake up to pee, wake up when I roll over, wake up due to achey hips. And last night DD woke me up to sleep with her :/

I don't miss that feeling at all!

this sleeping thing has been happening to me since i was around 15 weeks and has not got any better ...   im 30 weeks now and since 20 weeks have had the flu , bronchitis and few days ago i tore a ligament in my back ..... . ppl keep saying well wait to u have a baby ... u will get no sleep then ! but im ok with waking up for a good reason like a child ... not for no reason lol .. i hope u get some sleep soon and im sure most of us know how u feel !   but all worth it in the end !!!  

I was so excited when I got pregnant and the pregnancy was knocking me out a 9:45pm on the dot every night. I'm only 27 weeks, and the pregnancy insomnia is starting. I took some tylenol PM last night, helped for a little while. Gave me weird dreams lol. But every time I did wake up, it wasn't as hard to go to sleep. Can't wait for it get worse...  

i know what you mean i sleep in like 2 hour naps throughout the day it's definitely exhausting but at least we will be use to waking up with the baby once they are here! lol

I have to nap during the day. I feel like such an old woman. I'm in bed now for frigs sake lol

i feel old too! even on bed rest i can't sleep more than a few hours which calls for extreme boredom!

Exactly, lol. I try to look at it in a positive way. I mean by the time he gets here I will be a pro at waking up all hours of the night & still being able to fuction during the day. I know he will be worth it. (:
