Breast Implant mamas!

How many moms have successfully nursed with implants, if you did are they under or over the muscle? Where is the incision? Did they need to be fixed after you finished nursing your child?

I have Saline, under the muscle, through the armpit. I had them done in 2006. I breastfed my twins for 6 weeks in 2008. They actually look a lot better now!
