Alternative?

I want something different.... but I don't want to make plain ol' hamburgers or something. So this looks good   But, I don't have cream of mushroom soup (gag).... is there anything else I can use to make it not dry out in the oven?

I read someone used a pepper jack cheese soup? Ew.. Lol but maybe cottage cheese and mozzarella?

Yeah I read through the reviews.... I hate cottage cheese, lol. So I don't buy it. Waaaah  

I found a lot of recipes that don't have any soup.... or have tomato soup (which I have). They just take so long to cook   Fuuuu.

Make a really simple cream sauce by using common ingredients like sour cream, w milk and butter and your favorite seasonings. The meal you've picked is pretty basic. If you are not an experienced cook try simple things. Like the above. Or salsa. Or ranch. Or etc Think of what type of flavor you would like and add what you have!

Do you like rice? I sometimes do a tomato, rice, ground beef thing it's pre bomb lol

I don't have sour cream   I'm so limited on things because it all goes bad before we use it  

A lot of these look so basic.... and since the ones I'm looking at are supposed to taste like cheeseburgers, I'm thinking about adding maybe half a packet of onion soup mix (mmm).

I like white rice, but the only rice we have is SO's rice (packaged pre-flavored smurf)

I had to improvise   I forgot I didn't have a pie pan. WHO FORGETS THAT?!  

So... I made the meat mixture in the skillet and just baked biscuits. I put 3/4 cup of condensed tomato soup, 1/4 cup of ketchup, salt and pepper, and half a packet of onion soup mix. OMFG. It is SO good. I can't believe those ingredients made this

That looks yummy! You should of baked the meat inside the biscuit. I saw a commercial for a non sloppy, sloppy joe and that reminds me of it lol

I was worried about it getting soggy :/ Me no like soggy bread, lol.
