Underwear does not cover just as much as a one piece swimsuit for a girl or a shorts and shirt for a boy. It doesn't even cover as much as just trunks of a 2 piece.

Stealing and sharing are two different things. You never know what could happen. I'd rather be on the safe side, but maybe thats just me.

But you have your kid's whole name listed on your profile and your location. I mean...in theory someone could someday turn up at her school and ask for her and snatch her. ( forbid, obviously)

This. If you are going to live your life afraid, then really you should never post any photos of your children. Pervs don't need naked pics to be pervs.

I post photos and YouTube vids of my kids in their undies. Yup. I love my kids. I think they are cute. I'd never compromise their safety or even allow a stranger to speak to them. They are cute and innocent and I'm not going to act otherwise because people need to stop being afraid of everyone and everything and just live life as it really is. My photos are my memories. And if my kid likes him shimmies, that's how he was and that's how I'm
Going to remember him by golly. And for me, there is nothing wrong with me letting the people I trush and choose to share my photos with see my kids being innocent kids.

Of course anything could happen to even the most careful parents, i'm not arguing with that at all. I'm just saying i myself will be careful, and not post pics like that of her on the internet. I don't judge people who do, its just my personal choice not to.

This mirrors my feelings!

If you guys don't post what I post that's fine. I just like to explain my view point.

I don't want to live in fear. Things happen to the most careful of parents (and believe it or not, I'm damn protective) so knowing this I just want my family to live their lives in a joyful manner. My pictures commemorate my best memories. I share these joys with my friends.
