thawing turkey

We have a 13 pound turkey in our freezer...my boyfriend is planning to take it out Wednesday morning to dethaw, is that enough time?
I have never cooked a turkey, we usually go to family haha.

Noo, i'd honestly take it out now. I know a 20 pound takes 3 daysish to thaw.

Should I put it in the fridge? He is going to flip if I mess with it..he's the "meat expert" around here.

We did early thanksgiving tonight and I had a 3lb turkey breast (not even a whole bird) and it took over 24 hours to thaw in the fridge. For 13, I'd take it out of the freezer now if you want it to be totally thawed by Thursday.

Yes, do not thaw it anywhere but in the fridge.

Yes. If you don't its not gonna be thawed and you'll be screwed.
