I'm in shock. Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't know how many of you remember me. I had my son about 4 1/2 months ago. I found out I was pregnant this week,. I was on birthcontrol - not really sure how this happened. My doctor said I should be fine. I have no idea how far a long I am and she can't even see me until dec 3rd - my ultrasounds won't even be until late january. I wasn't having periods but I figured they just hadn't gone back to normal.

How many of you ladies has close pregnancies? How did everything turn out? I know this is going to be INSANELY tough and I'm getting really nervous.

97.5% of the time that's how it happens.

I know someone who went thought this and now she has an 8 month old and an 18 and a half month old.... Her life is hectic! Especially since she got to the awkward huge and exhausted stage right when her son started getting mobile. Now that her little one is getting mobile too, it's a bit better because they're interacting more and it gives her a chance to sit down for a little. It'll get crazy but you learn to cope, I guess

I've had back to back pregnancies. I got pregnant with my 2nd when my 1st was 3 months old and pregnant with my 3rd when my 2nd was 4 months old. My oldest is 1 year and 5 days older then my 2nd and my 2nd is 1 year and 1 month older than my 3rd. My current youngest and the baby I'm carrying will be 20 months apart. I thought it was going to be hard but it wasn't that bad. My oldest and middle son are bestfriends. They always have someone to play with and while it sucks that I'm changing a bunch of diapers I will have them all potty trained within 2 years. PM me with any questions you have

I got pregnant on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, then a few months later had a miscarriage... that sucked.

BTW congrats OP, I don't have kids that close together so I don't have anything to add in that respect but I wish you a very healthy pregnancy.

That was my first one. I am just going to get my tubes tied this time. lol I'm slowly getting excited - I'm just shocked! We BARELY have sex and I have him use condoms most of the time because I hate the clean up. I sat there and just looked at the test for like an hour before telling my fiance. I'm also getting married in January and I already bought my dress.
