if it makes you feel any better i gave birth to my daughter in march 2008 and when i went to my 6 weeks post baby check up i was pregrant with my son whos was born in January 2009 they are 9 months 18 days apart both full term babies. i then had a planned pregrency he was born jan 2011 and another unplanned pregency right now my hubby and I are very fertale (i suck at spelling)
My two youngest are 10 months apart. My one year old was born 2 months early due to pre e but my 2 month old was term... The last pregnancy was alot less stressful than the previous. I got to say though it is really really hard for me now... Two babies in diapers, neither can walk or help themselves with anything... If I go anywhere I have to carry both babies. I also have two older kids (3 &6) who help occupy my 1 year old alot. My 1 yr old has become extremely attached to me since I had the baby... She cries all day long unless I am holding her. She used to sleep through the night but now she wakes up several times. I love both my babies but I wish there was more time between them. I feel horrible that my 1 yr old didnt get to be a baby longer.
I wish you luck - I'm going to have 18 months between my 2 and I am scared! We were using condoms and barely had sex but I am still happy.
I also watched One Born Every Minute the other day........ The memories came flooding back....... I headed to the cookies to soothe my painful memories.
Good luck OP! I've gotten pregnant ....a lot over the past few years. It's pretty ironic considering it took me 6 years to get pregnant the first time. Now i can't shut it off! lol My first son was born in may(stillbirth) and my next son was born in april <--- No one expected me to be able to get knocked up that quickly. First time we had sex, I was prego again. Then i got pregnant and had another baby 2 years later in March. Got pregnant in July and had a miscarriage. Then i was pregnant again in March and had my youngest a little over a year ago. So age gap is 4.5, 2.5,and 1. It's busy but it's fun too. I'm pretty excited about christmas.
both of my sisters had their children very close together. One was 13 months apart and the other is 11 months. They both felt the same as you but wouldn't trade it. yes their lives were busy but not much different then with just one
