I don't think anybody's child comes first.. children are children, we love our own flesh and blood, but it doesnt' give us right to declare priority over another child

I don't get what this thread is really gonna do for you. But really to say that your child deserves more just because she's the first born? Sorry, that's just not right. Ya know my dad and mom got divorced and then remarried a few years ago. He has two kids with another lady and you wanna know something? The judge could give a flying smurf about his kids he had "first" he still has to take care of the other two with CS and insurance. While I don't think it's right for someone to not pay CS, I can also see how a family struggles...my dad does it. He barely has any money to support the two kids that live with him because he pays almost $1000 in CS...no matter what he's paying his CS but it's coming at a large cost to his kids who do actually live under his roof and need a roof over there head and food in their bellies just like his other two.

You basically stated your child is just more important because she was born first and that the others don't matter, that's just bullsmurf
