& just a question because I have been told that after you have a c-section you have to wait a while to get a tattoo I just didn't know if someone actually really knew!

You're welcome!

As long as you're not breastfeeding and not on any pain medications I wouldn't worry about getting one. On thing you'll need to consider is how you'll be positioned for the tattoo, laying on your stomach won't be comfortable.
You will also want to mention that you recently underwent surgery to the tattoo artist because they may or may not ask you to wait until the incision heals because if you get an infection you'll know it came from the surgery and not anything at the tattoo shop.
