baby bond with dad too attached to mom??

So my fiance wants to have our son bond with him more? How can he start bonding more? Everytime my son cries he would rather have me and he calms down right away. He doesn't want daddy and I think daddy is getting jealous a little. I want them to have a better bond. Daddy does baths every other night, plays with him and feeds him food sometimes. I breastfeed so maybe should I pump so daddy can help feed and bond? I am with my son 24/7 so I understand where he would want me instead. Baby doesn't even like me leaving the room he cries until I come back and daddy feels bad because he wont calm down no matter what he does. Idk if baby is too attached to me. I mean IDC if he is but I just feel bad for daddy because our son would rather have me. Can babies be too attached to somebody? I have only left my son once. what are some great bonding ways for daddy and baby?
btw...he will be 7months old on the 21st.

My dd goes through spurts. For awhile she's all daddy's girl. Then she'll be all mommys girl. I don't think feeding him will make a diff. Just have them keep spending time together. It'll be fine  

I didn't give them a choice. My husband did morning duty when he was home so I could sleep. IT DID WONDERS! They are so close now. They LOVE playing. He's still a major momma's boy but they're relationship is so much better.

Maybe when your nursing DH can join in the mix, sitting next to you and petting his head or reading a book so he can be included that way. Take showers together so they get some skin to skin contact. Etc. I think cuddles and playing together might help. Good luck.

Oh and BTW it's normal for babies to prefer mommy. I think around 2.5 is when both my older boys really want to be with dad, like dad etc. more and more. By 3 and especially 4, my kids much prefer their daddy, tools, trucks, wrestling.

okay. he used to be fine with daddy until recently within the last month, I mean I am fine with my son wanting me all the time but I didn't want the bond between them to be gone. I think its sorta seperation anxiety when I leave the room to do something and leave him with daddy. Does seperation anxiety pass eventually?

Yeah hell get over it. Just keep Doin what you're Doin. Give him as much daddy time as possible.

Right now I am jealous of my hubby. My son LOVES his daddy. I would feed him, take naps with him, bathe him etc. but when he sees daddy he will cry and scream until he has his daddy. Just a phase I hope lol
