popping your back?

My back gets stiff and I used to pop it before I was pregnant but I haven't sense I found out I was. But lately its just been killing me so I was curious if its bad to pop your back while pregnant?

I popped mine all the time before the baby fractured my rib, now I'm scared to, lol.
I did with my other two pregnancies and it didn't do anything, though

Dude, I went to the chiropractor when I was pregnant with my son and had my back adjusted several times, it was AMAZING. I am going to assume that since they do prenatal chiropractics, that popping your back is not a big deal.

I used to pop my back before the baby got too big and now I literally cannot bend my back the way it needs to bend to be cracked the back pain is horrendous.

I popped my back ALL the time while pregnant. When I got too big to do it sitting up, I'd lay down on my side and do it that way.

I go to the chiro every 3 weeks. I totally suggest it. During preg your back becomes more pliable and I found out the hard way if u don't get adjusted before it stiffens back up after birth its never the same again

I wish I could go to a chiropractor. My back is also really stiff. I just want to pop it but can't.

Nope, I do it all the time! Just sit in a chair and twist sideways and it should pop ;) However, I think I did it too much and now when I don't do it, my back hurts reeeeally bad!
