Seriously...Someone come pull this baby out of me!

posted 18th Nov
I have 6 days left until my due date and my doctor honestly told me the other day that since thanksgiving is this week and she is going out of town, I wouldn't be able to be induced until my 42nd week. There is NO WAY IN HELL I am waiting that long.

What the hell can I do to get this thing started!?
I've had so much sex that my husband really just can't anymore lmao. Nipple stimulation didn't do anything.. The exercise ball isn't helping...I've done squats... The only thing that seems to make me contract is walking, but as soon as I sit down they stop.

So what do I do to keep them going!? 3 more weeks will be the death of me. He's already measuring at 40 weeks so he'd be measuring at 43 weeks by the time she would induce... I can't just 'wait'.

Wow   42 weeks is not that bad. Let your baby be ready to come on its own.

Well since baby isn't ready, you can't really do anything about it. Maybe you'll get lucky and go natural. Just wait it out, all you can do. And u/s measurements can be off.

Well you're going to have to wait. No other choice.

Unless your husband is willing to do an at home csection?

My doctor gave me the 'go ahead' to all of the things i've been trying, that's the only reason I even know about them. I know the baby will come when he comes but I'm not waiting 3 more weeks just because my OB wants to go out of town

If you've tried everything then take that as a sign that it's just not going to happen right now. Eventually you will go into labor and everything will be fine.

Doesn't sound like you have much of a choice really. Most OB's will wait until 41 or 42 weeks to induce if there's no medical reason to get things started. I know it feels like forever, but I promise it won't kill you.

But the only reason I'm having to wait is because she decided to go out of town.
She already planned an induction on the 24th of this month but now that she's going out of town she changed her mind. So I'm pretty pissed.

I'd be 43 weeks when I got induced, and nope, I didn't sign up for 43 weeks!
