does anyone know this tutorial video?

I've Google my butt off looking for it I should a book marked it!
It was a tutorial using hot glue an old hair clip tulle feathers and fabric flowers to make a wedding fascinator
I sort of remember the tutorial but not quite ya know?
Anyone know what I'm talking about? Its a video she makes three little tulle flowers on the clip the clip she uses is an ugly old brown bejweled clip in an S shape
