Were having all of my family here from Hawaii and all of SO's family from Texas and California since it's our first holiday season in a different state than all of them.

Lol, no. Dont get me wrong I love bacon, but that is just overkill lol. It is amazing smoked tho, and really juicy!

Definitely! And smoked chicken is a good alternative if you're burned out on turkey!

I heard Kalua style turkey is good..you know, dig up an imu pit and let it smoke like that all day.
