  I wouldn't put that on my bed with my infant. What if she scooted over and got stuck? Especially as little as 3 months old. I'd sooner condition her to sleep in her own crib than risk her getting stuck.

you tighten it all the way up to the edge of the bed. there is no gap.

i had the same problem for awhile, my son would only sleep in his swing and would cry the second i put him down in his crib - even if he was asleep he'd wake up when i put him in there.
i started giving him his bath before bed with bedtime shampoo and lotion which always made him really tired, and then let him fall asleep in my arms or in my bed for awhile before moving him to the crib.
eventually he just got used to his crib again and now theres no problem.

i still put him in bed with me in the mornings, he wakes up and eats then goes back to sleep so after his morning feeding he sleeps with me in bed lol.

just let him sleep in his bouncy at night thats what i had to do with my first son i finally was able to slowly transition him in his own bed and now hes 20 months old and wont sleep anywhere but his crib
