sex and aching

SO and I had sex yesterday for the first time in like a week or so and ever since then i've had bad aching pains, I can't really describe where there are very well, erm, like either side of my pelvis? And when I bend left or right it hurts even more. So, does anyone know why this may be? (we use condoms fyi...)
