Thank you ladies so much!! I stocked up on mashed potatoes a few weeks ago and have been eating it by the potfuls and it's really the only food I've been able to keep down I'm so tired of crying everybody is making me feel like I'm going about my pregnancy the wrong way when I shouldn't even be listening to them. You ladies make everything so much better!!!!
Its normal to lose in ur first three months r until the morning sickness goes away..some don't put on weight till five months r so.. try to take just two bites of something every hour r two hours eating a hole lot before bed can make u feel more sick in the morning I know it made me more sick..try to chew gum when u get really sick..r ask ur doctor for something if its really bad.. don't stuff ur face get snack bars r something u like to snack on take to bits then wen u get out eat two more so that ur eating something but not over doing it..that's what my doctor had me do it helped alot
