Question for pregnancy after c-section

If you became pregnant within 8 months of a c-section did it cause any complications for yourself or the baby? I'm going to TTC in January. It will be 6 months after my c-section.

i was 10-11 months, but so far no troubles. none. not even pain around the scar.

It's ideal to wait a year after any pregnancy if I'm not mistaken, it gives your body time to heal. I was still having weird pains in my c-section line when I was 6 months PP, I think I'd try to wait a little longer.

I feel pregnant at 7mo PP and miscarried. I then fell pregnant again at 13mo PP and went on to have a healthy baby   No problems with my c-section. I did have high BP again. I didn't have a VBAC but I could of if I wanted.

My son was 10 months old when I became pregnant again.
I had complications, but I don't think it had anything to do with me being pregnant again so quickly. But my scar was fine and the doctor even cleaned it up after the second c-section.. can't really see the scar that well. yay.

I was eleven month pp and had no issues.

i was 12 months pp when i became pregnant i was fine and had a VBAC and baby is healthy and was healthy.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I've had two c-sections and my little one is 4 months old. Hoping to have a vbac with my next child.

i wish you the best of luck.. i really do.. i have heard after having two c secs its really hard to find a doctor who will do a VBAC..

For real? I believe my Dr said aslong as my next LO comes naturally I can deliver vaginally. But she can not induce.

i was induced with my VBAC.. but he has been inducing and doing VBACs for over 20 years..

Your lucky. I've never heard of a Dr inducing after a c-section.

i was very lucky as well that it went very smoothly. i had to sign a bunch of paper working saying i was ok with doing this.. ect ect.
