Has anyone ever had "mommy's thumb"???

It sucks. I'm pretty sure it is what I have, it started at about 9 months. The symptoms and description fit exactly. Anyway it comes and goes. I'm just wondering how long it lasted for you and what you did to fix it? The pain has been going on for four months now.

I had it for a couple months. It sucked. But eventually I guess my muscles just got used to the strain.

I had it and it lasted for a few months. I used a wrist brace that also stabilized my thumb. It sucked.

I've just been using an ace bandage for my wrist/thumb and it seems to help but then it starts up again a couple weeks later. *sigh*
