I didn't buy one for my son, either. I did co sleeping, too - and if we needed a bed, I had a pack n play. Crib was a waste for me.

Those are all stuff I was told I needed. All stuff I have. Crib I saw at walmart was almost 300 so my mom took me somewhere else to look. My crib was 250 from burlington coat factory. But a crib matress is sold seperately and it was 50. You need diapers and wipes and bottles and nukkies.

Also wic won't give a breastbump. They give you a place to contact to give one, which they won't give you one till the baby is born and they go through a long process to do it. I'm in that process right now, but they won't actually do anything till my son is born.

I got most, if not all my stuff from target. All those prices are target prices.

You can't get all that for free! I'm going to places, talking to my dr, my wic person, there's only so much they give out. Also have stuff donated from churches. They won't give out carseats or cribs, won't give out food or diapers, none give out bathing things like soap, they give you a limited amount of clothes. There's only so much you can get for free. And cause she's younger she probably won't have a big baby shower and won't get things from her friends. I'm 20 and I only had 2 friends give me stuff.

Most of the things I named are things you do need. I guess some people don't need a crib or pack n play. But you need everything else! Diapers, wipes, nukkies, clothes, carseat/stroller, bottles, bibs

You don't need a bouncer or a swing. You definitely don't need both. You don't need a pack n play, you don't even need a change table or cot depending on your sleeping plans. You don't need a breast pump. There's really not a lot that you do actually need, most of the frills are just wants and sure they make life easier, but not necessary at all.
