early labor vent

well friday i was told yes i was in early labor i was contracting every 8 mins and was at 2 cm dilated then on saturday bubs did this weird movement and it hurt like a bitch so i went and got checked out as i didnt feel to good after she moved well they now say that she has popped back up and is no longer engaged im so disapointed because i really though we were making progress.
my question is is there a way i can make her go back down ??

Aw I feel your pain!
I went into labour on a Friday morning and eventually had him on the Tuesday evening. I was contracting regulatory I just made really slow progress   The ball definitely sped things up, along with walking! The balls really good for circling your hips on or leaning over during contractions too.

I had a couple of babies lay transverse position and I played music and they say if you place a light (flashlight) in the lower part of your abdomen the baby will sometimes go to the light! It worked in my 8th pregnancy!

try some jogging walking try to do some squats sounds funny but it will work

you have to place the music in the lower part of your abdomen- I had a small speaker and a small flashlight and I did this faithfully for a week!!

I wish all the techniques would of worked for me but they didn't but I've heard a lot of women say spinniebabies.com but it didn't work for me so I had to schedule a c-section so my little girl will be born on Tuesday!

i think she is stubborn just like her daddy, im trying to go with out being induced this time around

they can be a pain some times another thing that helped me was lots of sex and also try putting your knees as far up to your chest as you can thats actually when i went in to labor lol my son did the same thing i was dilated to a 2 since i was 7 months and then at 9 months he went back up and made me carry a week over do i hope that isnt your case
