What does this look like? It's on my LO's thigh. It is itching him. The other thigh has it as well, but not as bad.

I get that sometimes, sorry I have no idea what it is though. I usually just put something cold on it and it goes away eventually. Maybe call the pedi if it doesn't stop though? Sorry I can't be more help.
