She can call her caseworker but they don't ask if it violates your religion. They state that you HAVE to follow all precautionary procedures and vaccines are the first thing listed. I asked my caseworker about it (we were going to delay when DD had a stomach bug) and I was told she would be dropped if I missed her appointment.
