I would tell him.

I would just tell the guy that if he does it again you can't be friends.

Only for the fact that if you don't and this guy says he did try to come at you and your husband finds out that you never told him....it'll probably look bad.

Agreed. If your SO finds out from anyone but you it will look really bad and like you had something to hide.

I know DH will go over there and kick his ass and I don't want to be the one who started that.

I didn't tell DH when his best friend kissed me. But there were also a whole world of other problems between DH and I going on and I didn't want to be accused of anything.

And by the sounds of the "Unfortunately, I'm still married" thing, it sounds like you're having issues.

From my experience, don't hide things.

I would tell your DH. One time I was dating this guy and went over to his apartment for the first time and met his room mate. We were all drinking and the guy I was dating got up to go to the bathroom and his room mate started grabbing at my crotch like he was going to finger me! lmao, wtf!! I told the guy I was dating the next day and he said that his room mate already told him what happened and apologized, lol.

I was drunk and had no clue what to say.
But yes we do have our issues and like you I'm scared of being accused of something.
I sat there for 4 hours while DH slept because I didn't want to be accused of something for leaving him there and I didn't want him to wake up and find me in his bed or on the couch sleeping.

It's not I had no clue what to say. That's just what came out.
