Not really...my son had about 10 or so. He also had acid reflux and I was literally cleaning all 10 of them every day. it sucked.

My first was 5 lbs. 14 oz. at 38 weeks. I had to fold down the newborn diapers, but preemie diapers fit. Newborn onesies fit, but a lot of the sleepers and outfits didn't. I have bought mostly sleepers and long sleeved onesies with built in mittens in newborn sizes for my second.

It also depends on how long the baby is
