9 month old getting sick :(

Ok mamas need some advice. My 9 month old started with a runny nose this morning. And sneezing a little. He's also got watery eyes. Is there something I can give him over the counter before he gets worse.:/I or do I need to call the doctor in the morning? Also he has had a yeast diaper rash for 5 days and the doctor already gave us something oral and a cream but it's still there. I heard that yogurt will help with yeast. Can I give him some yogurt? Tia!

for the cold..you best bet is to use a cool mist humidifier...maybe some tylenol..but thats pretty much it...watch him closely if he sleeps on his back..
For the rash...lotrimin antifungal foot cream works like a charm!

For the cold. not much you can do. Vics baby rub. Baby echanacia ( sp?) and hey have an elderberry baby immune support liquid I get at vitamin world. helps to shorten the length of the cold. cool mist humidifier and if he get's super stuffy sit in the bath room with the hot water running
