for the last for years ive been driving over 10 with my kids for them to see their dad as along as i have games food and the laptop for movies they are golden

i drove from texas to ohio. it took 3 days (we stopped over night) and she did great. the only thing that i can remember that she did that was bad was around the corner from my sister's house she poured her juice on the dvd player. lol thankfully we were done with the drive! i would do it in a heartbeat that is for sure!

Awww, my cousin is looking for flights for me and said that my mom/aunt/and her would cover what we couldn't afford. omg....I reaaaallllyyy want to go!!

We took a trip almost a year ago from TX to SC which is a 21 hour drive or so. We left around bed time so we could get a good ways before we had to stop to let the kids stretch their legs. We took some toys, snacks, coloring books, movies etc. DS slept most of the way, i'd say he was awake for maybe 6-8 hours of the whole trip.

I say do it.  
stop at a park on the way & let your little one play that way their legs dont get stiff.

I would drive anyway if I was homesick. That is just what I would prefer cuz my kids would never last that long in a car, lol, but whey kid is different.
