I should, & i will! =] i hear the fitness pal? i believe is a good one with tracking food and exercise and weight, etc.
you know whats really good, and seriously it made me lose sooo much weight like everywhere on my body, and thats walking.. I didn't even run, i walked religiously like every day for an hour, sometimes even 30 mins if thats all i could do.. i couldn't believe the weight i lost just by doing that & watching my food and drink intake.
