right! sundays are my lazy days though, no matter what haha especially during football season =D hehe
I do need to do something though, working out wise.. I need to get back into shape, I use to be all about fitness & health, then something happened and it went away lol.

I should, & i will! =] i hear the fitness pal? i believe is a good one with tracking food and exercise and weight, etc.
you know whats really good, and seriously it made me lose sooo much weight like everywhere on my body, and thats walking.. I didn't even run, i walked religiously like every day for an hour, sometimes even 30 mins if thats all i could do.. i couldn't believe the weight i lost just by doing that & watching my food and drink intake.

same here.. anything to keep your heart rate going.
one big thing with me is a i need a routine.. if i have that then i'm good to go, but its so hard sometimes to stick to it (the routine).

My stats are so close to yours! I'm 5"4' my highest weight was 275. right now I'm at 263. I was doing weight watchers earlier this year and that's how I lost 10 lbs. I lost motivation although I really enjoyed it. I need to get my ass in gear. Especially this time of year I'm craving sweets and need to practice self control lol.

That's how I feel. After high school I was at 199. I swore I wouldn't get over 200 and on my own I got down to 155. I did it once I'll do it again. The older I get. The harder it seems to stick to it. Life gets in the way haha But I'm determined and hopefully will succeed again.

At the beginning of this year I was about 217, before my DH deployed, I was 190ish. Since he's been gone, I fluctuate between 176-186, I'm currently 184.

I have about 3 months before he returns, and by then I really want to be under 160.

My ultimate goal is 134.

I would love to join you with this. I was doing ww and lost about 15lbs but then got fed up with it and put it back on and some  so im ready to go again, im doing calorie counting for a bit of a change. This time of yr will be a huge challenge lol. Im 5ft7 and about 209lbs.
