How do you know if your vagina is consider"loose" or if it's okay.
When I was with my baby daddy we had sec pretty much every night for 2 years. Plus I've been cut down there when giving birth.

If you cannot, then you might be a bit loose

And kegels are the pelvic floor muscles. When you go pee, stop the stream midway. Feel those muscles. Those are what you should exercise as often as you want

I was scared to have sex after my first because I was worried about these same things. In my experience, the first time we had sex again it was great a d he got off quickly so it must have been good. Hes never complained.

For the most part haha I pretend I'm trying to suck a tampon up there...weird but it works for me. Just hold that for like 10 seconds, relax for 5 and repeat as much as you want. I try to do it 10 times. You can also insert a finger if you don't think you're doing it right. Hope that helps!
