Bday card/saying for DH?

Today's DH's bday and I wanted to write something down and have LO color on it or something. Is there a cute shot like poem or something you know of? I love him so much and he's helped me out a lot more lately and I want to tell him how much I appreciate him. I tried google but haven't found anything I like yet.
