Growing up

posted 18th Nov
I remember my mom would tell me (usually when I was in trouble) that she may not always like my but she would always love me. I never understood exactly what she meant until I had a son who wakes up at 4 am every morning.....

I think a lot of things our parents said to us when we were younger are going to suddenly make sense now haha.

Yeah I do understand a lot more. It's like I understand the stuff that used to bug me and now she has all new stuff that bugs me.

Yeah I noticed that, lol. I also wondered 'Oh my god, did my mother feel love like this for me? I'm a horrible daughter' haha.

LOL my mom says that to me about my 3 year old. She treats him like a baby. But if my brother and I would've acted like that when we were 3 we would've gotten an ass whooping lol. She was a lot less patient than she is now.
