This can not be normal...

Why do I need 12 hours.of sleep at night?

I've been like this for as long as I can remember and I hate it. After being up for 12 hours I'm ready for bed. Then I sleep for 12 hours. Luckily my DD sleeps 12 hours a night but she's still a infant so that is understandable. I know she won't always sleep that long then I'll be screwed.

12 is a lot. I need at least 8 to not be a yawning mess all day. If I get 7 or less, I'm a zombie that coffee does not help. I usually get about 9-10. I'd be in a coma if I slept 12 hours.

Could be that you're anemic. Could be a sluggish thyroid. Talk to your doctor about getting some blood work done if it continues.

Hmm I was anemic during pregnancy. Maybe that is it.

ive been the same way as long as i can remember too..

but it could be a problem for some people..

for me i just know i love to sleep alot. im sure with a baby itll be a treasured gift later on lol
