Quoting Renee'B:" I used to take my daughter in the bathroom with me from the time she could crawl.. I told her what I ... [snip!] ... be like mommy. Also reward her well & lots of praise..if she thinks you're stressed about her going..she might revert back."shes scared because it hurts her to push it out I tell her all the time big girls poop in toilet and pooping in your pants is for babies. I dont know how to handle my stress toward the situation?? its stressful.
Quoting aneyeinthesun:" my daughter generally only farts before she needs to poop, so if I would hear her fart or smell it, I'd ... [snip!] ... "I hear it! It's coming out mommy" it's kind of weird, but it makes her feel good when I get really excited about you pooping."
haha your so lucky!! I only made her poop a couple of times ... even if i praise her i think she gets scared of my reaction when she makes an accident?? i dont know !! UGH just want to crawl into a rock and die
Quoting Ana B.♥Daphne J.:" "really the only reaction I ever saw with my daughter if I'd freak out about an accident or shame her would be to stop wanting to go on the potty at all. Now it's just more of a "Oh no, you had an accident! Let's get you cleaned up and see if you can still go potty." and then I remind her about going on the potty or letting me know. I was at the point when I was freaking out all of the time and we were both just really stressed, it was awful. Just don't make it a big deal, and hopefully she'll be more ok with it.
Quoting Jude the Super Kinkster:" You have to stop freaking out on her for accidents. It probably really hurts her. Is she drinking enough?"
YES she is drinking a lot. She I just dont know how to tell her holding it in isnt good for her in a way she can take me seriously. In the mean time I will try to keep my composure

Quoting Ana B.♥Daphne J.:" your right .... diligence!! how long did it take you for her to go poop in the toilet steadily??"well we just moved recently, so she had a big set back potty training wise. We were at the point she wasn't wanting to poop at all, even in a diaper. She's been doing great this whole week though, yesterday she even pooped without me asking if she needed to. She came out and said "I pooped momma!" I was really proud, but had to take her back into the bathroom because she can't wipe correctly for poop ha.
